For memberships, you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing nicole@naugledesigns.com We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for all memberships. You may cancel your membership at any time and you will have access to the membership until the end of your billing cycle.
If you weren’t happy with your purchase, within the money-back guarantee period, you can send an email to nicole@naugledesigns.com to request your refund.
Naugle Designs reserves the right to cancel a user's membership at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. If a user's membership is canceled, the user will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees already paid.
No refunds will be given for DIY plans once the plan is sent to you.
